Alan Leroy "Dudley" Odom, Jr., age 52, of White Springs, FL. passed away on January 11, 2020 from injuries sustained in a bike vs vehicle accident near Lake City, FL.
Alan was born in Madison County, FL. on Feb. 24, 1967 to the late Alan "Sr." and Vicki Ann Alderman (Elmore). He worked as a production supervisor at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. Alan lived his early childhood in Madison County, FL. He loved making music, playing his guitar and singing. His other passion was bicycles. He loved building them, pulling parts from this or that and before you knew it poof he had another bicycle. Alan also loved his family and worked hard to make a good life for them. Sadly, he was preceded by both of his parents, Alan Sr. and Vicki as well as his grandparents V.T. and Thetus Alderman.

Survivors include his life partner of 25 years, Deborah White; his sons, Josh Odom of Pelham, GA and Trent Odom of Climax, GA, his two step sons, Eric White and Heath White, all of Cairo, GA.; two brothers, Johnny Odom and Richard Elmore both of White Springs, FL.; his step sister, Lisa Marie Miley of Lake City, FL.; 8 grandchildren, Olivia, Owen and Saige Odom, Bentley, Hartley Katelynn, Emily and Hazlee White; one great grandchild, Leo; also surviving is his uncle, Larry Alderman (Sheryl) of Madison County, FL and Larry's children Sean and Lori; his great aunt, Ruchelle York of Tampa, FL. and her children, Lora Rithcels and Stacy Haydon; his nieces and nephews, Angel, Jesse and Sydney Elmore, Madison Rhoden, Jacob and Terri Lynn Conners; and Dudley's little buddy, Camden Anderson; and his step mother, Joyce Bryan.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020 at White Springs Congregational Holiness Church in White Springs, FL.
Interment will be held at approx. 1:00 p.m. at Lee Memorial Cemetery in Lee, FL.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service on Friday morning.
