Alexandra Lee Cribbs, age 17, of Jasper, FL. passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2017.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the Hamilton County Courthouse Annex (old HC High School Auditorium). Interment followed at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery near Jasper.

Alexandra was born in Lake City, FL. on April 14, 2000. She was the daughter of Bryan Gregory Cribbs and Kristi Anderson Cribbs. Alexandra was a vibrant young lady involved in the high school band, R.O.T.C and enjoyed playing on volleyball team. To know her was to love her and her maturity was measured way beyond the short 17 years she had on this earth. Her teachers and classmates all remember her fondly. In recent months, Ally was faced with the loss of her father Bryan and her Aunt April, both of whom she loved dearly. She handled both of these losses with great strength and was a huge support to other family members as they struggled to deal with the tragedies. Afterwards, it prompted grown up conversation about death and Alexandra innocently expressed her own wishes to many about how she would want things done should something suddenly happen to her and in the blink of an eye she was gone. Her classmates, friends and family are all in shock, but share a strange knowledge that Alexandra is at peace. Ally will be remembered forever for that beautiful smile of hers.  Class of 2018, you may walk confidently because you now have an Angel named Ally in heaven watching over you.

Survivors include her mother Kristi Cribbs and step-father, J.B. Johnson; a brother, Bryan Cribbs, Jr.; two sisters, Hailey and Kailey Cribbs her step-sister, Damali McCloud; her grandparents, James and Wanda Cribbs, Wyonas Cribb and Joe Anderson; her great grandmother, Maureen Waters; a very special aunt and uncle that helped raise her, Melinda and Levi Padgett; uncles, Daniel and Porter Anderson (Janell) and Jason Cribbs (Becky); numerous cousins that she adored.
