Annah Carroll Welch, infant daughter of Allen Welch and Virginia "Ginny" Wagoner Cordle  received her angel wings on Dec. 16, 2016. She is survived by her parents Allen and Ginny and her two sisters who already loved her, Payten "P.K." Corbett and Riley Welch. Also surviving are her grandmothers, Patricia Wagoner Mitchell of Jasper, FL. and Juanette Allen Welch of Lee, FL.; her aunt, Carla Welch of Lee, FL.;  and great grandfather, John Wagoner of Jasper. Numerous great aunts and great uncles survive.

Receiving her in heaven is her aunt, Katelyn Mitchell, grandfather, Carroll Welch and great grandparents, Jonnie Kay Wagoner and Willie and Lillian Allen.

Graveside services were held  Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper, FL.
