Ms. Betty Jean Aldridge, age 74, of Ocala, FL. passed away on December 12, 2018 at Timberridge Nursing and Rehab in Ocala, FL.

Betty was born in Valdosta, Georgia on June 19, 1944. Many will remember Betty from her many years of working at Sapp's Diner in Jasper and The Flying J restaurant in Lake Park, GA. She moved to Ocala in 2010 to be closer to her son due to declining health. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Owen Edward Aldridge.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, James and Kathy Aldridge of Dunnellon, FL.; two grandchildren, Chris Aldridge (Aubre) and Melissa Brown; two great grandchildren, Hunter Aldridge and Adam Brown.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 14, 2018 at Hebron Cemetery.

There will be no formal visitation.
