Betty's greatest joy was being surrounded by her loved ones. She was the heart of her family, always ensuring that they felt welcomed, comforted, and well-fed. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Sarah Brannen Oglesby (Bryan), Jon Darby Gay (Neva), Jake Gay, Jarret Gay, Zachary Cason, Zander Cason, Loren McDaniel, Tyler Warren, Makayla Reeves, Michael McDaniel III, and three beautiful great-grand daughters. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, whom she adored.
