Billy Ray Kinsey, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. passed away on December 3, 2021 at the age of 92. He was born in Jennings, FL. on March 10, 1929 to the late Ray and Thelma Kinsey. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Deloris Kinsey; siblings, Ivy Kinsey, Foy Kinsey, Julia Kinsey Langston and James Kinsey; and cousin, Sandra Kinsey O'Steen.

Survivors include his only living brother, Bobby Kinsey and his wife Lou of Okeechobee, FL.; his nephew, Richard Kinsey (Teresa) of Wellington, FL.; cousins, Judy Kinsey Norris (Charlie) of Lake City, FL., Freddy Langston (Lu) of Orlando, FL., Cheryl Langston (Carter), of Jacksonville, FL., Julie Langston Smith (Holt) of Jacksonville Beach, FL., Linda Langston Copeland (Dean) of Atlanta, GA., and Jan Kinsey of Lake Park, GA.

A graveside committal service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Sassers Landing Cemetery near Jennings, FL. and will be laid to rest with his wife Deloris. Services will be conducted by his cousin, Freddy Langston and the pastor of Jennings United Methodist Church, Missy Turbeville.
