Brandon Joe Smart, age 32, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Lake City Medical Center's Live Oak Campus in Live Oak, FL.

Brandon who actually went by "Joe" was born in Gainesville, FL. on October 11, 1989. He lived most of his life in Hamilton County with his great influences being his grandparents, Raymond and Willa Smart with the supervision of a loving mother Sandra Smart. Joe was just starting a new business as a commercial fisherman. He was a bright young man with dreams of a future with his fiancé Amanda. He had a passion for fishing and hunting which was a take away from his many years of going with his Papa Raymond.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Smart, White Springs, FL.; his grandmother, Willa Smart, White Springs, FL.; his fiancé, Amanda Roy McCarthy of Jasper, FL.; his aunts and uncles, Raymond W. Smart, Kimberly Erixton (Gary), Waylon Smart and his fiancé Donna Sue Tharpe, Shauna Tyre (Henry) and Trina Ball; many cousins also survive.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper.
