Obituary

Bryan Kaleb Radney was born on September 1, 1991, in Hahira, Georgia, to Bryan and Willa Radney. He passed away on June 11, 2024, in Ocala, Florida, after a long and hard-fought battle.

Kaleb spent his early childhood in his hometown of Jasper, Florida. His family later moved to Ocklawaha, Florida, where he lived until his passing. Kaleb worked as an over-the-road truck driver while also attending classes to earn his Bachelor of Science in computer software engineering. He excelled academically, making the dean's list at Colorado Tech University. Despite his busy schedule, he made time to spend several weeks at home with his adored nephew, Liam. Kaleb was passionate about anime and Harry Potter and dreamed of visiting Japan. He was known for his intelligence, selflessness, and great sense of humor. Those who had the opportunity to know him will deeply miss his laughter and debating skills.

He is survived by his Mom and Dad, Willa and Trent Mitchell Phillips; brother, William Radney (Destiny); beloved nephew, Liam Radney; sister, Shannon Duey; paternal grandparents, Debbie Mitchell (Richard); maternal grandparents, Robert Mitchell (Louise), aunts; Stephanie Mitchell, Lorrie Horton, Savannah Conger (James), Kylie Wainwright (Barney), Jessica Hall (Cooper), Anjanette Radney, uncles; Robert Mitchell, Chase Cannady (Amber), Jerry Phillips (Michelle), cousins; Cody Radney, Ashley Stalnaker (Lissett), Dillon Stalnaker (Felishia), R.K. Mitchell, Jordyn Radney, Kayln Horton (Moe), and Dustin Horton (Carley); Uncles, J.T. Radney and Jeremy Radney; and Great Uncle, Louie Radney, Jr.

Kaleb was preceded in death by His dad, Anthony Bryan Radney; Uncle Ronald Radney Jr.; Grandfather Ronald Radney Sr.; Brothers Robert Phillips; Donnie Hensley; Dennis Collins; Uncle Carl Phillips; Grandparents Diana and Walter "Buddy" McGauley; Grandmother Nina Hensley; Great-Grandmother Hattie Rogers.

Services to celebrate the life of this kind, young man will be held on June 22, 2024, at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Jasper, Florida.
