Charles "Chuck" M. Campbell, age 65, of Jennings, FL. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in Silver Springs, FL. Chuck also known as "Crab" loved his motorcycles and was traveling in observance of Bike Week with friends.
Chuck was born in Savannah, Georgia on November 28, 1950. Upon graduation he joined the armed services and served his country in the United States Army. He worked jobs all over the country in the industrial construction industry as a millwright. Chuck was predeceased by his loving wife Karyn Courson Campbell and by his grandparents that raised him Lillie and Earl Smith.
Survivors include one daughter, Melisa Campbell and her companion Adam Ambrose of St. Louis, Missouri; his mother, Rose Smith Wada of Savannah, Ga.; three step-daughters, Mandy Smith-Corbett and her husband Spencer, Jasper, FL., Shona Lowe, Statenville, GA., and Jennifer Dixon and her husband Mike of Atlanta, GA.; three grandchildren, Justin, Tyler and Mason Campbell and six step-grandchildren, Kailey, Karsyn, Nathan and Heather Smith-Corbett, Emilie Simpson and Brady Wilson.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 17, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church. Interment followed at Dasher Cemetery in Dasher, GA beside his wife Karyn.
