Obituary
Charles Edward "Chuck" Wicker, 53, of St. Petersburg, FL, entered the presence of the Lord Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Suncoast Hospice-Bayfront.
Chuck moved to St. Petersburg in 1978 from his native Jacksonville, FL and was a 1977 graduate of Wolfson High School in Jacksonville where then local band Lynyrd Skynyrd played for his Jr. prom. He had "the best job in the world" for many years at Jabil St. Pete, and left as Employee Of The Year. He was hard-working, helpful, and talented. A loving father and husband, always thoughtful, generous and selfless, he was well-liked and very tough. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Angela; children, Jesse, Ruth, Paul, Joseph, Laura; mother, Abbie Mitchell Wicker; sister, Susan Wicker Martin; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Mitchell Cemetery in Jasper, FL.
