Listen to Obituary

Debrah Warren of Jasper, Florida, passed away on April 20, 2026, following a brief illness.

She was born in Thomasville, Georgia, on November 9, 1952, to David Enoch Lucas and Iris Ouida Lucas. Debrah grew up in Jefferson County near Monticello. She moved to Jasper when she was sixteen years old following the loss of her mother.

It was in Jasper where she met Franklin Warren. They married and raised three children: Kim, Clay, and Rebecca.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She always kept a watchful eye over her family with a firm guiding hand. She was selfless and gave her all to her family.

She worked at the Suwannee Store in Jasper for a period of time. Most people remember her for her career as a dispatcher for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. She began working at the old jail when Mr. Charlie Rhoden was sheriff. She later moved to the new jail and became a dispatcher under Sheriff Reid. After retiring, she worked at Faye’s Flowers in Jasper for several years as a bookkeeper.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Franklin. She is survived by her three children: Kim Warren (Terrie), Clay Warren (April), and Rebecca (Gettys); and four grandchildren: Steven Warren, Kacy Moody (Greg), Katherine Day (Nate), and Kenneth Warren (Alyssa).

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Debrah on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
