Deloris E. "Dobie" Hackle, age 87, of Jasper, FL. passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center in Jasper. Dobie was born October 8, 1923 in Zephyrhills, FL. to the late Henry and Ada Hall. She was a homemaker and member of Bright Pond Baptist Church and was known in the community for the wonderful pies she used to make. Mrs. Hackle was preceded in death by her husband the late Major Lloyd Hackle. Dobie will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, mother-in-law and friend.

Survivors include her two sons, Don Hackle (Edna), Jasper, FL. and Dennis Hackle (Barbara), Live Oak, FL.; her daughter-in-law, Gail Hackle, Jasper, FL.; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Smith officiating. Interment followed in Evergreen Cemetery.
