Mr. Don Joseph Hill, age 87, of Starke, FL. passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Bradford Terrace Nursing Center in Starke, FL. following an extended illness. Mr. Hill was born in Gerlach, Nevada on September 12, 1922 to the late William and Malpha Hill. He was a retired mechanic. Mr. Hill served his country in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Hill, a son, Kenneth Hill, a granddaughter, Susan Hill, his sister, Christine Hunter and a brother, Henry Hill.

Survivors include three sons, Anthony Hill, Don Hill and Steve Hill; two brothers, Robert Hill and Buddy Hill; four sisters, Pauline Hillhouse, Nettie White, Jewell Evitt and Maggie Hill; 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Sassers Landing Cemetery.
