Donald Richard Nunn, Jr., "Donnie", age 52, of Valdosta, GA. passed away on March 1, 2022 at Langdale Hospice in Valdosta following an illness of some time.

Donnie was born in Spain near Madrid on January 20, 1970 to Donald Richard Nunn, Sr. and Benita Morrison Nunn. Growing up in a military family, Donnie was blessed to live in Spain, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, and finally to Valdosta when dad retired from Moody Air Force Base. Donnie was an outgoing young man and a real "people person". He completed his education at Lowndes County High School and worked with a large apartment complex in maintenance. When he was not working, Donnie enjoyed fishing, listening to music and attending concerts. He was preceded in death by a son, Dylan Nunn.

Survivors include his son, Zachary Glenn Nunn of Hahira, GA.; his parents, Donald and Benita Nunn of Valdosta, GA.; his brother, James Nunn (Marty) of Live Oak, FL.; his grandfather, James E. Nunn of Jennings, FL.; and his friend and the mother of his son, Amber Nunn.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Sassers Landing Cemetery, 7112 NW 14 ^th Terrace near Jennings, FL. with Elder Don Gilbert officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.
