Donald Ray Wilbanks, age 65, of Jasper, FL. passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 25, 2017 at his home. Donald was a native of Cullman, Alabama born May 22, 1952 to the late Elison and Luella Holmes Wilbanks. He was a fabricator/welder by trade in the industrial construction industry. He was currently employed by the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. When Donald was not on the job he enjoyed working the yard sale circuit. He was always in the market to buy or sale. His other great love was playing the odds on the lottery where figured he might just be as lucky as the next and always gave it his best shot. He loved his family and was content to just be home minding his own business. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his longtime companion, Ruby Daniels; daughters, Christina Lee (Richard), Brandy Morris (Sean Poston) and April Strickland (Travis); grandchildren, Courtney Lee, Walker Lee, Christopher Aldridge, Brian Corbett, Megan Morris, Abby and Brooke Poston; one great grandson, Hunter Aldridge.
Funeral services were held Friday, December 29, 2017 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper.
