Edna Hillhouse King, age 67, of Lake City, FL. passed away at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, Florida.

Funeral services were held  Friday, October 21, 2016 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. with Bro. Tommy Lindsey and Sister Veronica Thomas officiating. Interment followed at Swift Creek Cemetery.

Edna was born on February 8, 1949 to the late Fred and Ina Mae Alford Hillhouse. She was an administrative assistant at HAECO in Lake City for many years. Edna was a member of Lake City Church of God.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry King, Lake City, FL.; her daughter, Kim Michelle Glover, Lake City, FL.; step-sons, Jason King, Ocoee, FL. and Jered King, Lake Mary, FL.; step-daughters, Jennifer Weidemiller, Orange City, FL. and Julie Gibson, Waxhaw, N.C.; brothers, Richard Hillhouse (Judy) and Larry Hillhouse, all of White Springs, FL.; her sister, Ethel H. McGhin, White Springs, FL.; 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also surviving is former son-in-law, Randall Glover whom she was very fond of.
