Emory W. Honeycutt, age 79, of Jennings, FL. passed away Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Administration Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. Mr. Honeycutt was born in Wilkinson County, Georgia to the late Walter and Mable Carter Honeycutt. He worked for many years for Walt Disney Company as an upholsterer. After leaving Disney he worked upholstering seats for the airline industry. Mr. Honeycutt moved his family to the Hamilton County, FL. area some 25 years ago from Kissimmee. He was preceded in death by a son, Emory W. Honeycutt, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Rena Ruth Honeycutt, Jennings, FL.; two sons, Ronald Honeycutt and his wife Ellen of Jasper, FL., Tony Honeycutt and his wife Victoria of Valdosta, GA. and daughter-in-law, Teresa Honeycutt of California; one daughter, Gloria Elaine Brown of Texas; one brother, Bob E. Honeycutt, Grey, GA.; one sister, Laverne Honeycutt, Gordon, GA.; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Honeycutt will be cremated.
