Filomena Castillo, age 55, of Jennings, FL., passed away early Wednesday morning at the Lake City Medical Center, in Lake City, FL.
Survivors include her husband, Jose Vasquez; two sons, Jefferson Baker and Juan Jose Castillo; one daughter, Jennifer Baker; two brothers, Ovidio Castillo and Jose Castillo; 9 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held privately.
