Frances Elizabeth Buckner Peacock, age 97, of East Point, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 10, 2010 at Suwannee Healthcare in Live Oak, Florida. Mrs. Peacock was born in East Point, Georgia to the late Benjamin and Cora Modlin Buckner. She was a retired employee of Fulton Printing Company and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in East Point. Mrs. Peacock was preceded in death by her husband Richard Peacock.
Survivors include two daughters, Delores Smallwood (Ray), Gainesville, GA. and Shirley Heath (Gary), White Springs, FL.; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Services were held in East Point, Georgia with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
