Fred Ray Reeder, age 63, of Parrish, FL. passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2021 while visiting his property in Jasper, FL.

Fred was a native of Bradenton, FL. born on May 17, 1958 to the late Charles and Louise LaFerry Reeder. He married the love of his life Linda Sue "Candy" Stotz Reeder on May 24, 1980. He worked for Manatee County Government for 37 years as a supervisor in the Highway Maintenance Department. Following retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He and his wife Linda just recently purchased 24 additional acres of land in Jasper where they would be able to watch the deer roam freely in the woods. He also enjoyed fishing anytime he got the opportunity to go. Fred was predeceased by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 41 ½ years, Linda Sue "Candy" Reeder; his son, Thomas Nicholas Reeder and his daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and James Sumey, all of Parrish, FL.; his brother, John Charles Reeder (Pat), Dade City, FL.; his sister, Janie Reeder, Palmetto, FL.; four grandchildren, Austin Reeder, Kyndra Reeder, James Sumey Jr "Peanut", and Caden Sumey.

Per his request, Fred was cremated and a celebration will be held at a later date. HARRY T. REID FUNERAL HOME, JASPER, FL. WAS IN CHARGE OF IMMEDIATE ARRANGEMENTS.
