This obituary has been posted as a courtesy to the Deas Family. Garry was a longtime resident of Hamilton County. Our prayers are with this family as they mourn the loss of Garry. He was a dear friend to so many.

Garry Wayne Deas, born July 8. 1960 passed away at his home following a lengthy illness on June 7, 2022.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Alicia Wheeler Deas; stepson, Chatman Mahaffey; step granddaughter, Addison Bonnell and step nephew, Russell Gibson. Also surviving is his mother, Mary Alice Deas; his father, Wilmer Deas and stepmother, Genice Deas; siblings, Allen Deas (Jackie) and Beth Wills (Adam); niece, Shelby Wills; his best friend since childhood, Rusty Alderman; numerous family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2022, at Burnham Christian Church in Jennings with Dr. Jimmy Deas and Bro. Wayne Sullivan officiating.
