Gary Lee Nash, age 65, of Lake Park, GA., passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019 at Langdale Hospice in Valdosta, GA. following a lengthy battle with cancer.

Gary was born on August 22, 1954 to James Simon Nash and Pearlie Kathleen Westberry Nash. He was a diesel mechanic for Fulghum Fibers in Clyattville, GA. as long as his health permitted. He was an avid collector of Nascar Diecast Cars and was always ready to sit and watch a good race on Sunday afternoon.

Survivors include his mother, Kathleen Nash, Lake Park, GA.; two brothers, James Nash, Lake Park and Greg Nash (Karla), Ray City, GA.; three sisters, Gwendolyn Nash Brown (Jeff), Lake Park, GA., Elizabeth K. Sirmans (Ivan), Albany, GA., and Jackie Thornton (Keith), Lake Park, GA.; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the home of Gwen and Jeff Brown in Lake Park, GA.
