Obituary
Mr. Henry Howard Young, age 77, of Jasper, FL. passed away at Shands U.F. in Gainesville, FL. on July 22, 2016.
Graveside services were held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Evergreen Cemetery.
Howard was a native of Statenville, Georgia born on September 10, 1938 to the late Marvin and Idell Deloach Young. As a young man he served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a heavy equipment operator at Occidental/PCS for many years. Mr. Young was a member of Jasper Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Mary Nell Young, Jasper, FL. ; one son, Henry Howard Young, Jr. and his wife Tisha, Jasper, FL.; four daughters, Brenda Sue Young Williams (Mark) of St. Petersburg, FL., Cheryl Lynn Young, Paula Jean Young and Charlene Kay Wachob (Michael), all of Jasper, FL.; one sister, Mary Nell Register of Statenville, Georgia; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
