Howard Glen Herndon, Jr., age 75, of Jasper, FL. passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at his home.

Glen was born in Tampa, FL. on October 15, 1947 to the late Howard Glen (Sr.) and Estelle Irene Ferrell Herndon. He joined his father in the cabinet making business and together they produced and set cabinets all over Hamilton and surrounding counties in Florida and Georgia. Glen was an outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with family and friends on the river, fishing and boat riding. He loved wood working and spent hours on building projects. In his younger days, he had a love for music and he enjoyed competition clogging and square dancing. Glen was a faithful member of Divonia Baptist Church in Jasper. He was predeceased by his parents and a daughter, Nanette Beland.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Martha Faye McCall Herndon; four daughters, Melanie Fernandez (Oscar) of Branford, FL., Christy Grass (Ben) of Madison, FL., Brittany Habener (Christopher) of Lake Park, GA. and Beth Vasquez (Joey) of Jasper, FL.; his brother, David Herndon (Patricia) of Jasper, FL. and his "other brother" longtime friend, Ronny Roper (Trezia) also of Jasper, FL.; twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorial services were held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL.
