Mr. James Wayne Lindsey, age 74, of Raiford, FL. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at his home in Raiford. James was the born on November 2, 1938 in Columbia County to the late James O. and Oleta Bryan Lindsey. James shared a home with other residents with special needs at New River Ranch. They shared like interest and grew to be very close. James loved listening to his radio, watching TV and DVD's. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Willie and Edwin Lindsey.

Survivors include two brothers, Glenn Lindsey and his wife Dotti and Tommy Lindsey and his wife Evelyn, all of White Springs, FL.; one sister, Carolyn Pickering, also of White Springs; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL.
Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery near White Springs, FL.
