Mrs. Jane B. Griner, age 93, of Jasper, FL. passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.

Jane was born in Nashville, Georgia on May 23, 1924 to the late William and Mary Brown Boykin. She met and married Luther J. Griner also a native of Nashville. Together they made their home in Hamilton County, FL. where they raised their children. Jane worked for the United States Postal Service serving as Postmaster in Jennings, FL. for many years until her retirement. She was an active member at Jennings United Methodist Church as long as her health permitted. Mrs. Griner was preceded in death by her husband Luther in June of 2015.

Survivors include one son, Jerry Griner (Clyda) of Jasper, FL.; two daughters, Pat Monroe of Alachua, FL. and Karen Shaw (Charlie) of White Springs, FL.; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery with Bro. Edgar Wood officiating.
