Jefferson Milton Avriett "Jeff", age 68, of Jennings, FL. passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. following an extended illness.

Jeff was born in Valdosta, GA to the late Mack and Mildred Richardson Avriett. He enjoyed farming but earned a living driving a truck. When he was able, Jeff enjoyed getting out in the woods to hunt or down to the river to fish. In September he would have celebrated 38 years of marriage to his wife, Marilyn Hill Avriett. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeff "Block" Kirkland.

Survivors include his wife Marilyn; three sons, Tommy Kirkland (Christina), Troy Lamar Johnson (Sherry), and Robert Keith Johnson; two daughters, Brenda Lambert (Charles) and Mary Ann Butler (Jack); twelve grandchildren and one great grandson.

Memorial services were held at Jeff and Marilyn's home on US 41 North on Monday, Sept. 3, 2018 at 12:00 (Noon)
