Obituary

Jimmy Driggers, age 61, of Jasper, FL. passed away on January 26, 2015 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA. Jimmy was born in Live Oak, FL. on August 17, 1953 to the late L.C. and Eva Morgan Driggers. He was a graduate of Hamilton County High School and served for six years in the Florida National Guard. Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Hamilton County known best for his association with the family business, "Driggers and Sons" Custom Meat Processors. Jimmy spent his life right there working. Any free time he had, Jimmy enjoyed spending it riding his four- wheeler or fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers, J.W., Milton, R.L., Wilbur, Lavon, W.J. and Raymond Driggers.

Survivors include five brothers, Clarence Driggers, Live Oak, FL., Bobby Ray Driggers, Live Oak, FL., Morris Driggers (Ann), Live Oak, FL., Mike Driggers (Barbara), Jasper, FL. and Russell Driggers (Sandy), Jasper, FL.; three sisters, Clarie Welch, Port St. Joe, FL., Evelee Parker (Jerry), Perry, FL. and Martha Jackson, Live Oak, FL.

Funeral services were held  Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Corinth Baptist Church near Jasper, FL. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
