Mr. Joseph Harry, age 75, of Jasper, FL. passed away Sunday, December 26, 2016 at Shands Live Oak Hospital following a sudden illness. Those that knew Joe well, knew that he suffered from poor health for many years and while his death should not come as a surprise we were just never going to be ready to let Joe go.

Joseph Harry was born March 20, 1941 in Live Oak, FL. to the late Avery and Beatrice Music Harry. He was best known for his lengthy career with Suburban Propane delivering gas around Hamilton County. Joe was a gentle man who pretty much answered when spoken to with that little grin on his face like he had some special secret behind every answer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Frances Harry.

Survivors include one son, Todd Harry (Donna)  of North Carolina; his daughter, Shannon Marlowe (Rick) of Live Oak, FL.; eight grandchildren, Haley, Dylan, Aaron, Austin, Hannah, Matthew, Abbi and Jesse; one great granddaughter, Azalea.

Funeral services were held  Thursday, December 29, 2016 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home. Interment followed beside his wife at Evergreen Cemetery.
