Juanita Davis, age 82, of Jasper, FL. passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, FL. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and member of the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Davis.
Survivors include one son, Anthony Porterfield, Frostproof, FL.; two daughters, Amyrlus Frazier, Live Oak, FL. and Glenda Windham, Jasper, FL.; a brother and a sister; six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Suwannee Healthcare in Live Oak, FL.
