Judie Lee Rodgers, age 73, of Lake City, FL. passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at a local nursing and rehabilitation center in Lake City, FL.

Judie was a native of Highland Park, Michigan born March 16, 1943 to John and Treava Hopkins Sykes.

She moved from Michigan to the Lake City area some 15 years ago. Judie was one that truly lived life to its fullest leaving no regrets behind at her passing.

She was a true innovator and one of the first to use ultrasounds.

Survivors include her three daughters, Donna Miller, Paula Miller and Bridgett Riegerix; three brothers, Ronnie Sykes, John Sykes and Darryl Sykes; one sister, Becky Compton; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Per her wishes, Judie was cremated.
