Billie Karen Hill Castleberry of Jasper, FL. passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 21, 2022 at the age of 68. Karen was a longtime resident of Jasper and daughter of the late Billy and Dorothy Hill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Claire Hill Stewart and her son, Keith Richard Harris, Jr. "Tory".

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tara and Heath Phelps; her son and daughter-in-law, Tate and Victoria Harris; and seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Harris Valle, Ellis Claire and Maxwell Phelps, and Asa, Billy Wayde, Rosalyn, and Grace Harris.

Memorial services were held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Jasper, FL.
