Obituary
L.B. Brannen, age 87 of Lake City, FL, died Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Surrey Place Care Center in Live Oak, FL.
Having retired after 25 years at the Aero Corporation, Mr. Brannen enjoyed a life of bluegrass music, "piddling" in his workshop, and his 1973 Ford Torino, known to all as "Old Browny".
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Taney Faye Brannen, and daughter, Jeanie Faye Randall.
Survivors include his three sons, Kenneth Brannen (Dawn), David Brannen (Connie), and Claude Brannen (Sandy); six daughters, Willene Pullum (Ken), Ann "Hazel" Finley (Ray), Marilyn Johns (Buddy), Rachel Pellicer (Danny), Karen Kienzle (Carl), and Frankie Maulden (Johnny); twenty six grandchildren; forty four great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
