LeMovie Hunter Edmondson, age 83, of Echols County, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at a local nursing home following a lengthy illness.

LeMovie was a lifelong native of Echols County. She was born on February 9, 1936 to the late William "Son" Hunter and his wife Olivia "Dolly" Deloach Hunter. She enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers, with an occasional trip to the rivers and ponds fishing. When remembering her passions, her family said definitely her chickens and her home shopping network. LeMovie was preceded in death by her grandson, Tristin Stabler.

Survivors include her two sons, Raymond Padgett, Jr. (Leslie) and John Michael Padgett; her daughter, Delilah Arnold; two brothers, J.W. Hunter and Orvis Hunter; two sisters, Billie Jean Weaver and Rosa Castleberry; eleven grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great-grandson.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. Interment followed at Wayfare Cemetery near Statenville.
