Lesleigh Ann (Laite) Butts, age 74, of Jasper formerly of Seminole, Florida passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at her home.

Lesleigh was born in Rochester, Minnesota on July 12, 1945 to the late Clyde "Ted" Theodore Laite and Lola Thelma Pulvermacher. She lived in Tarpon Springs, Florida from 1946-1964 and later several locals in Pinellas County. She and her husband moved from Seminole to Jasper in 2004. Mrs. Butts was retired from Pinellas County after 30 years. She was a member and secretary of First United Methodist Church in Jasper, FL. She was a past president of Pinellas Genealogy Society, led the survey team that transcribed inscriptions from over seventy cemeteries in Hamilton County. She is predeceased by her husband, Jerry Joseph Butts.

Survivors are her sons, Bryan T. Butts, James Butts and Michael Butts; grandsons, Ethan [Butts] Gambino and Jay Jensen.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
