Lucile Cason Hester, age 84, of Jasper, FL. passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Lucile was born in Hamilton County (Genoa) on September 19, 1926 to the late Alexander and Mildred Johnson Cason. She was a homemaker and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Hester was preceded in death by her husband, Eston "E.D." Hester in 1999.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Florine and Clinton Combass of Jasper, FL. and Inez and Jerry Carter of Buford, GA.; four grandchildren, Dorrell and Darren Combass and Ginger Duren and Chris Blackwell; six great grandchildren, Brooke Duren, Mackenzie Combass, Zachary Combass, Mya Blackwell, Alena Combass and Jackson Blackwell.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 27, 2011 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home.
Interment followed in Evergreen Cemetery.
