Ms. Lueill Maine, age 82, of Statenville, Georgia passed away at her home on June 6, 2014 following an extended illness. Lueill was a native and lifelong resident of Echols County, Georgia. She worked briefly over the years but mostly dedicated her time to being a wife and mother. Lueill was a member of Sardis Church in Echols County. She was predeceased by her husband Mr. Clifford Maine in October of 1989.

Survivors include three daughters, Ann Thornton, Lake Park, GA.; Debra Smith and her husband Mike of Valdosta, GA. and Brenda Maine of Statenville, GA.; four grandchildren, Charles Christopher Hill (Laurie), James Daniel Hill (Amanda), Valerie Parrish (Cameron) and Samantha D. Smith; seven great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends survive including special friend of the family William Joyce.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2014 at Sardis Church with Bro. Edgar Wood officiating. Interment will be at Carter Cemetery at Sardis Church.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 8, 2014 between the hours of 3:00-5:00 P.M. at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL.
