Madelyn Lee Powell, 4 month old daughter of Marlin and Ginger Powell of White Springs, FL. passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 following an extended illness at Shands at U.F. in Gainesville, FL. Madelyn was an inspiration to all who had the chance to meet her. She will be remembered fondly by family members as an angel who will always be loved.

Survivors include her parents, Marlin and Ginger Thomas Powell; three brothers, Travis, Tyler and Marlin Powell; three sisters, Magon Adams (George), Kaitlin Powell and Renee Powell; grandparents, Shirley Burrows, Robert Burrows and the late Gessner and Esther Powell and the late Harvey Thomas. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Lake City Church of the Nazarene on Hwy 47 in Lake City, FL.

Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery in White Springs, FL.
