Margaret Crosby Deas White, age 61, of Jennings, FL. passed away early Sunday morning, Oct. 31, 2010 at her home. She was born in Brunswick, Georgia on March 28, 1949 to Frank and Nora Crosby. Margaret loved working in the yard and was blessed with a gift to grow plants and flowers. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and was an inspiration and strength to all who knew her. Margaret was a member of West Lake Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, Joe White, Jennings; her mother, Nora Henderson, Statenville, GA.; three daughters, Jada Deas (Jay Wise), of Statenville, GA., Jana Sullivan (Kevin), Live Oak, FL. and Kristan Murphy (Buddy), Jennings, FL.; four step-sons, Joe White, Jr. (Tammy), Hahira, GA., Mickey White, Lakeland, GA., Stacy White, Richmond, VA., and Levi White, Lakeland, GA.;one brother, Pete Crosby (Lanie), Jasper, FL.; two sisters, Linda Rogers (Ronald) Statenville, GA. and Annette Roberts (Paul), Reynolds, GA.; four grandchildren, Ethan Sullivan, Zac Murphy, Logan Sullivan and Megan Murphy; fourteen step-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services were held Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at West Lake Church of God near Jennings with Pastor Ralph Dillard and Rev. Jimmy Dowdy officiating.

Interment followed at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Jennings, FL.
