Marie Phillips Webb, age 68, of Jasper, FL. passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL.

Marie was born on July 19, 1949 to the late Oran and Edna Frye Phillips. While raising her children, Marie worked as a waitress. Once the children were grown she went out on the road all over the United States working in the industrial construction industry. Marie enjoyed gardening and crocheting but more than anything, she loved to get in the kitchen and cook up a storm for her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mallory Webb, III and a sister, Joella Kidd.

Survivors include her two sons, Melvin Lamar Paulk and Frank Joseph Phillips; four daughters, Sherril Diana Ross, Barbar Annette Mofield, Donna Marie Taylor-Smith and Shannon Edna Taylor; five brothers, Claude Phillips, Grady Phillips, Fred Phillips, George Phillips and Chris Phillips; five sisters, Florida Ann Inks, Leotta Taylor, Joyce Conners, Jessie Law and Dorothy McIntosh; 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 more on the way.

Per her wishes, Marie will be cremated. Memorial services will be announced.
