Myrtle Daniels Stewart, age 65, of Jasper, FL. passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. following an extended illness. She was born on November 23, 1947 to the late Walter "Catfish" and Minnie Rachael Daniels. Myrtle loved her family and friends and in turn was loved deeply. She enjoyed listening to and playing bluegrass and gospel music. She loved to travel all over to bluegrass festivals and go camping with family and friends. Myrtle was a member of Harvest Fellowship Church.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Harry Stewart; two sons, Scott Stewart and his wife Denise and Michael Stewart and his wife Deanna; all of Jasper, FL.; one daughter, Shela Stewart Stallings, Jacksonville, FL.; two brothers, J.D. Daniels (Linda) and Jimmy Daniels (Maureen) and one sister, Pauline Harvey (Ralph), all of Jasper; six grandchildren, Kyle Stewart, Thomas Stallings, Matthew Stewart, Braxton Stewart, Nathan Stewart and Rachael Stallings.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Harvest Fellowship Church. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery.
