Novell C. Morgan, age 80, of Jacksonville, FL. passed away unexpectedly at her home Sunday, February 8, 2009. The Suwannee County, FL. native was born May 24, 1928 to the late Shelton Clark and Martha "Mattie" Clark. She was a resident of Pompano Beach, FL. for thirty years before moving back to Jacksonville in 1992. Mrs. Morgan was a homemaker and a member of West Jacksonville Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, S.M. Morgan, Jacksonville, FL.; two sons, Stephen Morgan. Pompano Beach, FL. and Van Morgan (Nessie), Green Cove Springs. FL.; two daughters, Teresa Dietz (John), West Palm Beach, FL., and Dorinda Housh (Welles), Jacksonville, FL.; two sisters, Jo Baker, Valdosta, GA. and Cindy Hingson, Live Oak, FL.; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009 at Corinth Baptist Church in Jasper, FL. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
