Pamela Ann Connolly, 71, of Jasper, FL, peacefully left this world on January 25, 2025. Pamela was born on August 18, 1953, in Gainesville, FL, to her loving parents, Walter and Sylvia McRae.

Pamela pursued a lifelong career in nursing, dedicating 38 years to Shands Teaching Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, she provided unwavering care and support to her patients, leaving a legacy of compassion and professionalism that will not be forgotten.

Beyond her work, Pamela found joy in the simpler pleasures of life. She was an avid artist and craft enthusiast, often immersing herself in creative projects. Her happiest moments were spent sitting by the river, engrossed in a good book, finding peace and solace in the beauty of nature

Pamela is survived by her devoted husband and best friend, John Connolly, Jr.; her two cherished sons, John Connolly and his fiancée, Lauren Enkerud, of Las Vegas, NV, and Chris Connolly of Gainesville, FL; and her beloved brother, Walter Stuart McRae of Gainesville, FL. Her family was the center of her world, and her love and presence will be deeply missed.

Pamela's family will honor her memory in a private celebration of her life. Her kindness, strength, and the joy she brought to others will be remembered always
