Patricia "Patsy" Ann Cowart Morgan, age 67, of Live Oak, FL. passed away on January 5, 2023 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL.

Patsy was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Frank and Louise McCullough Cowart. She lived most of her life in Madison County, FL. where she graduated from High School. Shortly thereafter came a young man from the neighboring Hamilton County and swooped her off of her feet. The couple made their home in Jasper and started a family. They were faithful members of Corinth Baptist Church as long as they were able to attend but found themselves in need of a move to make things easier for her husband Lavell to get to work and get the children in school. Patsy lived her life for her children and grandchildren. She worked off and on at The ARC School in Live Oak which gave her that much needed feeling of helping others, but home was where Patsy's heart was. She was preceded in death by her husband Lavell just a few short months ago in September 2022 and she was just not able to recover and her health which was already compromised began to rapidly decline.

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Amanda Morgan and her son, Zach Morgan both of Live Oak, FL.; her brother, Tom Cowart (Pauline) of Gainesville and two sisters, Beverly Ellington (Donnie) of Gainesville and Frances Chaney of Madison, FL.; three grandchildren, Aspen Carroll (Leslie Ann), Savanna Carroll and Kamdyn Carroll and her great grandchildren, Elsie Kate and Wrenley Laine Carroll.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Jasper, FL.
