Patricia Faye Combass, age 75, of Jasper, FL. passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at her home following a brief illness.

Faye was born in Perry, FL. on December 18, 1946 to the late Raiford and Corine Brannen Ratliff. Her formative years were spent in Perry. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked in respiratory therapy for many years at Hamilton County Memorial Hospital. After the hospital closed, Faye wasn't ready to hang up her scrubs and so she worked a few more years at Suwannee Valley Nursing Center and then for home health. Faye attended Jasper First Baptist Church and her home church, Antioch Revival Center when she was able to return to her roots in Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Combass and her daughter-in-law, Julie Combass.

Survivors include her two sons, James "Jamie" Combass and Joey Combass both of Jasper, FL.; her two brothers, Randy Ratliff and Gary Ratliff both of Perry, FL.; her sister, Diane Floyd also of Perry; three grandchildren, Kinzie, Dillon and Kyler.

A visitation will be held at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m.

A graveside service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery beginning at 3:00 p.m.
