Patricia Ann Conine McIntosh, age 64, of Live Oak, FL. passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at Shands at U.F. in Gainesville, FL. following a brief illness. Pat was born on December 12, 1951 to the late Arthur Paul Conine Sr. and his bride Sarah Emily Warren Conine. Pat was a graduate of Suwannee County High School. She was a homemaker most of her life devoting her time to caring for her family. She sometimes took in children to help others in the community that needed a babysitter. Pat maintained a kind and gentle spirit in a time when others became hard and callous toward the world. She could always find kind words and did so enjoy hearing from old high school friends through Facebook. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Paul, Wayne, Bill, Margaret and Sarah.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Arthur McIntosh; two sons, Mike Conine (Sonia) and Josh McIntosh (Sarah); two daughters , Lisa Perry (Kevin) and Heidi McIntosh, all of Live Oak, FL.; two brothers, James Conine (Jackie), Lake City, FL. and Ronald Conine, Cross City, FL.; one sister, Nell Caruthers (Jesse), Live Oak, FL.; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Live Oak Christian Church with Pastor Larry Clay officiating.

Harry T. Reid Funeral Home, Jasper, FL. was in charge of immediate arrangements.
