Pennelopee "Penney" Pry, age 68, of Jasper, FL. passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Haven Hospice in Lake City, FL. following an illness of some time. Penney was the daughter of Earl and Martha Smallwood. She moved to Florida with her family from Kentucky. Never one to run from hard work she often worked two jobs to support her family and in her spare time she loved to cross-stitch and do needlepoint.

Survivors include her children, Dwain Worthey (Pam Byrd), Jasper, FL., Sharon Grantham, Johnnie Raymond (Danielle), all of Live Oak, FL., Penney Scott, Jasper, FL., Shaine Pry, Live Oak, FL.; extended family, Barbara and David Tippie; four brothers, Alvie Sebree, Edward Smallwood, Jimmy Smallwood and Darrell Smallwood, all of Owensboro, Kentucky; loving and caring friends, Sonny Lucas. John, Paula, Lottie and Porky; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Saturday, May 16th at her home with Gerald Herndon officiating.
