Mr. Ralph Hardwick, age 85, of White Springs, FL. passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010 at his home. Mr. Hardwick began his service in the community in 1996. He was former Vice Mayor and served on the White Springs City Council for a number of years. Mr. Hardwick enjoyed taking an active leadership role in many neighborhood projects and did so with an energetic and wholehearted commitment.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Ouida Dixon Hardwick, White Springs, FL.; two sons, Duwayne Hardwick, Gulfport, Mississippi and Michael Hardwick (Melissa), Jasper, FL.; one daughter, Nathina Scopa (Paul), Penbroke, FL.; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in White Springs. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery in White Springs.
