Richard Morris, age 44, of Jennings, FL. passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Shands U.F. in Gainesville, FL.
Richard was born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 5, 1974 to the late Richard and Anna Spaulding Morris.  Richard moved to Hamilton County, FL. in 2001 from Rootstown, Ohio. He worked as a mechanic by trade. His generosity found him doing side work for neighbors and friends constantly. Richard had a big heart and loved to help people which was a trait he undoubtedly inherited from his mother Anna. He loved his family and in turn was loved very much. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Anna and step father, Homer Christopher.

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Morris; his son, Cameron; his daughter, Kristen; his step daughter, Hayleigh; his brother, Eugene George (Teresa), all of Jennings, FL.; his three sisters, Lynette Meierbachtol (Zachary), Valdosta, GA., Veronica Friend (Doug) and Kimberly Morris Mack, all of Ohio. Also surviving is his step father, Mike Zubaty.

Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper.
