Robert Jerome Farmer known to many as "Farmer", "Rabbit", "RJ", age 40 passed from this life in a single vehicle accident in Dale County Alabama.

Robert was born in Lake City, Florida and attended school in White Springs and later Dale County, Alabama. He had recently returned to Alabama to help his mom Linda, whom he loved dearly.

Robert was a simple guy that preferred the back roads of Florida, country music, his family and rooting on the FSU Seminoles. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. His jobs included construction, HD Supply and Westfield Management in Jasper and Jennings.

Robert is survived by his son Coty Garret Farmer, Jasper, FL.; one daughter Brynna Grace Holbrook, North Carolina; grand-daughter Melody Ann Farmer, Jasper, FL.; his mother Linda Cook Shelley, Echo, AL.; father Wayne Farmer, Wicksburg, AL.; brother Douglas Dwayne Farmer, Thomasville, AL.; sisters Ashley and Allison, also Wicksburg, AL.;

Robert also is survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins in Florida and Alabama.

Services were held Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. with Rev. Cynthia Mosley and Rev. Randy Ogburn officiating.
